MS Blood Services Recognizes National Law Enforcement Day
Flowood, MS – January 9, 2026 — In honor of National Law Enforcement Day, Mississippi Blood Services (MBS) recognizes the men and women who serve and protect our community.
As a special thank-you, MBS will provide Starbucks coffee gift cards and free donuts to law enforcement officials who donate at the Flowood Center on Lakeland Drive this Friday, January 9, 2026, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
“We know law enforcement plays a critical role in keeping our communities safe and often see first-hand how accidents can impact families,” said Kasey Dickson, MBS Director of PR and Donor Services. “They know through such tragedies how vital the need for blood is. We want to recognize them with a sweet treat and pick-me-up while they help patients in need by donating blood.”
