Charitable Contributions
Making a charitable contribution is another way to help support Mississippi Blood Services in their mission of saving lives through a safe and adequate blood supply.
Mississippi Blood Services, a 501(c)(3) organization, has contracted with PayPal, a secure money management company to manage our new on-line donation process. We are excited to offer you an easy way to make a tax-deductible contribution using your VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card.

Memorial Donations
You can make a donation in memory of your loved one to Mississippi Blood Services. These donations will be published in MBS's quarterly newsletters and a card of appreciation will be sent to the family or friends making the donation.
Memorial and Honorarium donations provide funds to support educational and community outreach services and programs. Support also ensures Mississippi Blood Services will continue to give the "Gift of Life" to your family, friends and thousands of individuals throughout Mississippi communities.
Bricks for Life
You can also keep a loved ones memory alive by buying one of our Bricks for Life. The Bricks for Life are displayed at the entrance of Mississippi Blood Services in Flowood. Each brick is engraved with the name of the person you designate.
Tree of Life
The Tree of Life, displayed at Mississippi Blood Services in Flowood, offers a way to pay tribute to loved ones and individuals who have made a difference in your life. Each leaf is engraved with either In Memory of or In Honor of and the name of the person you designate.
RESCUE Program
The Rural Emergency Services Care, Blood Utilization and Survival (RESCUE) is an innovative, collaborative program between Mississippi Blood Services, local emergency responders and the greater community. Its purpose is to bring lifesaving prehospital blood to those communities which have limited access to traumatic care but have a high incidence of traumatic injury.
Please include "RESCUE" in your donation memo to ensure funds are allocated to our rescue efforts. Thank you for your support!
