The Rural Emergency Services Care, blood Utilization and Survival (RESCUE) Program

This is an innovative, collaborative program between Mississippi Blood Services, local emergency responders and the greater community. Its purpose is to bring lifesaving prehospital blood to those communities which have limited access to traumatic care but have a high incidence of traumatic injury.
